Meet The Face Behind Rock Solid Mortgages

I’m Remi Korent, and I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better. Four years ago, I started Rock Solid Mortgages with the goal of helping people navigate their path to home ownership.

Before starting my own mortgage business, I gained five years of industry experience working with a variety of mortgage lenders in the market and have extensive underwriting and back-end mortgage knowledge. I have seen hundreds of applications through the lender’s eye which has helped me navigate transactions with creative solutions.

Over the past couple of years, I have noticed a constantly changing regulatory environment so you have to stay current and up-to-date with policies and market updates. In my line of work I find it most enjoyable to help approve someon who had been previously declined by the bank or by another mortgage broker, or had a feeling their mortgage would not be granted.

My business philosophy is to take as much off my client’s plate as possible. I will handle the entire process and also educate and guide you through it. My focus is on not only meeting a client’s long-term goal but on also building lasting relationships with them. I run my business on the values of accountability, honesty, integrity, diligence, reliability, and punctuality.

I attribute my success to my banking background with various mortgage lenders as well as my existing clients who support me. A thorough knowledge of all aspects of the mortgage process ensures streamlined and efficient transactions. I have a robust referral network that is ever-growing. We have been focusing on our online presence to make mortgages less dry and more engaging, but also breed online trust for potential mortgage seekers via the numerous positive online reviews on social media. I aim to establish a consistent and unique marketing presence in the online space.

When I am not at work, I enjoy playing the guitar and singing. I also golf, skateboard, snowboard, practice yoga, and sometimes play in a softball league.
